Jen and I spent the day together today making the sling bag. We used the grey fabric I bought at Ikea in Edmonton in Jan for the outside, and the orange as the lining. I finished my bag, and Jen just had to press it and top stitch. We had some snow, hail and sunshine today... still looking at green grass though.
Come to think of it, I don't think Logan and Mikenzie had a single fight... am I wrong Jen?

Hmm.
I'm not really sure what I'm coming to post on this blog. I still have to decide. I don't really do anything exciting during the day except sit on my butt, and trust me its not that exciting! and clean my house. And you're all not foreign to that!
Oohh! I do have hockey tonight. And if this (insert swear word of your choice) headache goes away then I'll be going :) Maybe I'll just be like Jen and post random ramblings here. They have to get out of my system sometime!

Winter wonderland
It's still snowing here! We maybe have 1 inch or so, but it's sticking around!

Woot Woot!
It's snowing (on the mountains)! I hope it comes down to lay on our green grass by this afternoon.
I've been busy making the Faux Chenille Blanket from Dana-made-it.com. It's going good, I've sewn and cut all that needs to be done. Next, I have to bind and wash it and it's good to go. I made a big 7 inch boo-boo...yep, I cut thru all layers of the blanket. Rats. I'll be sure to put a picture up when it's all said and done.....hopefully by this afternoon:)

Minnie Mouse and Baby Rabbits!
Hey everyone. Hope all is well with you and that your weeks been good. Since I can send photos a little easier i thought i better take advantage of it. And it's nice to do too. ............. So here's our little miss minnie mouse. It was book character day today and Amber finally chose minnie mouse. Of course i waited till the last minute to make something work so yes I had a late night. I got to bed at 12:30. CrAZY. Procrastination at its best :). She loved the outfit and had lots of fun at book character day today. They also had a book fair, open house and art fair at the school so we went to check it out today too. We bought some books and candies....so we did our part :).
It's still pretty cold out. But i hear we're all kinda in the same boat. ................Oh we got some new little ones at our place. Our 2 female rabbits in the cage had babies :). Tell me how that works. ..........they were born Tuesday night. I think it's pretty neat to be getting cute little bunnies but we obviously got a male that was thought to be a female. So we'll see what bunnies look like from a brother and a sister. We'll have fun with them I'm sure if they turn out okay.
