Ok so just letting everyone know I now have a New new job. Working at IGA now. havent started yet,so enjoying the high life,going to the beach everyday day,soaking up the sun,reading my book in the beautiful weather here. Really cant get it much better. Monday and Wednesday next week me and betty have a trial/training. One of us on each of those of days. then the week after that, we will be put on the roster, so beginning of February. And i will be working every other saturday,betty will work on the saturdays i dont work. they are gonna work us up to have a 35 hr week,which isnt bad. Its shift work so that part kinda sucks,but oh well its not that bad. I think they are mainly gettin us to work the 7-2 shifts..which i think is really good cus finishing that early means i can go to the beach after,have a swim.Pretty awesome. Anyways thats about it.

ok so I was on the phone with Leanne when i posted all those pictures so i couldn't really type but now i will... basically Australia was amazing. i plan on going back there within 2 years. we'll see how things go. i will explain the pictures now. the bottom most picture John took with his awesome big expensive camera. at first i wasn't a fan of that pic but it grew on me. and just to let everyone know, that is Dawna and me. my hair is in a french braid.. i'm saying this cause Leanne thought i was a guy. the next picture is... i forget. i have to look again.. ok got it. the next picture is John and Dawna on a day that we went mudding. and the next one i think is hilarious. see, we bought this huge watermelon to eat at the beach but we needed something to chop it up with so this guy brought a machete.. onto a public beach. that watermelon was really good. shoulda been there to help us eat it all... the next pic is me and Rob, John's brother. he took me body boarding. he didn't teach me how to do it or anything so i had no idea what to do but i eventually figured it out. and then the rest you can just see... well, 'tis all for now, folks! i'll take all my pictures when i go to BC in 2 weeks and describe everything to everyone. bye!!!

Happening right now in Greendale...

First snow fall of the year, 14 days in,  and we couldn't be more excited!  Last night I read books to the kids in our bed.   It was around 8ish.  Reading books has always made me yawn like the dickens and this time it put me to sleep.  Next thing I know it's 11 o'clock...Logan is fast asleep beside me and Rob comes in the room saying "Jen, check it out".  Well, lo and behold....it was snowing!  So here we are now....the neighb pushed all the snow in a pile and the kids are off to crazy carpet to their hearts content!  More snow in the forecast for Monday and Tuesday....we all hope it doesn't change to rain:)

New job!

Hey everyone :) It hasnt even been one day that Rochelle has been gone. Thats insane. We had alot of fun here, well i thought we did with her. I hope she does too. We definitely had our share of angry spats.. or whatever you want to call them, but overall it was lots of fun! :) Sucks thats she is gone already though. So yesterday at like 11 30 or something we left for perth. we got to perth at about 4? a pretty quite drive, well other than the music blaring to cover the sound of our piece of shit muffler on our car. I think we almost went deaf. But its all good now though :) Eric fixed it for us, again. It was such a nice quite drive to the airport and then to albany again. Rochelle saw Amanda, it wasnt on purpose though. we were jsut taking a walk last night, me and her, and she was outside, and we saw her so we said hi, but then they went to our car where eric and mary were fixing it. but we were on our walk so we didnt really talk to them. Then later we went to bed at about 10.. me and rochelle both slept on their couches, betty had a bed. woke up at 10 to 4. drove rochellus to the airport, said bye in the airport, I think from the time it took us to get in then out of the airport and on our way to albany was like 10 minutes?? very short. But that is probably a good thing, cus otherwise it can just drag on and on.. but ya whatever. So we set off for albany right away.. with Betty driving first, cus i had driven to the airport, and she drove from the airport. But then like 2 hours later we stopped at Williams, which is about half way between albany and perth. And we slept for about a hour in the car... Then i drove. Got to albany at about 11 i think. went to hens first then left for timmers again, did a load of landry, printed off resumes. then left again to job search and get groceries. the third place we went to we got a job on the spot. the first was a video store.. i wasnt too interested in that at all, then dropped one off at a restaurant thing. then we went to a strawberry farm, and thats where we are working now. Starting tomorrow at 6.. i think we work till like 12 30 or something. Pulling weeds cus they have to catch up with stuff like that. we were talking to the owners, and the one right below was there too, and the owners asked if they needed workers..cus we said what we had done already. She was like yes put them on.. we stayed there for a bit, talked. i think its 6 days a week most of the time, and like 9 hour days..i am very glad that we are outside again though. That Fletchers place didnt need any workers at the moment, they only needed ppl in the slaughter part, which the owner did not want us to work in. The strawberry farm should be good though, kinda nervous.

Hey guys.. sorry for that. We have just been so so so busy lately. Like insanely busy. We went out to Johns parents farm everyday last week, monday to friday, and did alot of stuff with john and rob and their friends, they had family down too, so done alot with them, haven't really been home yet. Only one week left and rochelle is gone. Went crazy fast. I don't think she wants to go back home, she loves it here, Sorry guys. We would be at the farm at about 9:30 or earlier, and then get home at about 11:00 the latest.. so kinda long days. Wednesday and Thursday me and Rochelle slept there, with a tent, On Thursday we went to Ocean Beach for the whole day, with just the friends, did alot of just friends. took the boat out almost everyday, the guys went wakeboarding.. i will finish later i think cus betty and rochelle want to get to town.. Anyways I hope you guys had a fantastic 2011! and an Amazing 2012! I know i did :) i know its a bit delayed but oh well..
