On Thursday morning Karen and Mikenzie came over to visit us. She was going to visit Grandma for lunch so we made the most of our visit. Karen and I sewed...yah! :)
And Logan and Mikenzie posed...yah!
These last two were taken on Friday during Ali's grade 3 fieldtrip at Burnaby Village in...Burnaby:) It's an 'eco-cow'...and by the looks of it, needs to be milked and eventually mowed....or, do you think it eats itself? Strange indeed.
Snowdrops! Tucked under the huge trees we found these guys sittin' pretty. They've been out of a couple weeks now out our way. None at our place though.
(We just had lunch with Mark & Johanna Byker and their two girls. They had been trying to come over to visit Rob but Mark was too busy with work. They called last night to see if lunch today would work. So we three went to church while Rob laid on the couch and watched Langley's service online.
We ate lunch with them and all was good. Afterwards, Rob got up and then called from the hallway for me to come with the FirstAid kit. Lots of 'stuff' was running down his leg from the incision. It was pretty rank. It looked like a bunch of pussy blood had been accumulating in a pocket and finally burst. It took a while but eventually it slowed down. Our first thought was if it was blood, how on earth would we be able to stop it. All of this happening while the Byker's sat in our livingroom:)
I thought I better stay home just in case and so here we are...I figured now was as good a time as any to update this Peanut Blog:)
Have a good Sunday afternoon folks!
