Just thought I'd show you guys some pictures I did of our favourite 3rd youngest sister and her boyfriend :)
*News just in* The peanut is still missing! A family meeting has been called and everyone's attendance is of upmost importance. Jeff's starting to think it doesn't want to be found. He exclaims "Oh, peanut, where can you be? {everyone hears crickets} Dwight yells that he's found the peanut. Dad calls bullshit. Dennis nods and seconds the motion. Andrew says he doesn't care who finds the peanut as long as it gets found. Rob just wants it found before it gets rotten. All of a sudden...

What a difference a week makes!
Dad was mowing the lawn and it started to rain but he persevered to the end and this is what he looked like when he came in. Notice his shoulder bag? That is the bigger one. It is still new to us and I didn't want to change over the top thingy(don't know the name of it) so Dad had the big one for mowing. It weighs about 8 #. There is a smaller one which lasts about 4 hours. Don't mind the zipper :P.
Dad watching t.v
Dad's new equipment.
He gets to have a 50 ft. leash. The big machine stays in the office. It is noisy and biggish. Other than that Dad is good. Something we have to live with. He hasn't used it out of the home yet- not to church with it. That might take a while.
Other news- Ro has finished her English course. The final exam she will take on Thurs. and the diploma exam is later.
May...
My little long legged lady planted her garden after school on May 3rd. In this pic she's watching Rob and Logan have a water fight.
She had to plant beets, beans, carrots, calendulas and giant marigolds. The garden coordinator will be doing the first judging on June 8th. (Things are growing pretty good except I noticed a mole got in there yesterday and drove all around the placed chewing up the garden as it went.)
Earlier that same day Rob and I zipped to the top of Vedder in between bus runs. We collected a big green garbage bag of beer cans and taped it to the back of the quad:)
Ali is doing intramural baseball at school. I happened to be at school one day waiting to do a fieldtrip and had time to watch her play with her team. Pretty cool to see her having fun and hear the players say 'move back' when she got up to hit:) And she did smoke it!
It was a sunny afternoon and we drove to Greendale school to play baseball. It all ended when I nailed Logan with a ball...poor kid...I had flash backs of the time I nailed Jeff in the head with the bat. :(
A few nights ago we had a fire in the backyard with the kiddos. Bunch of goofs with their creamsicles.
That's our May so far...next up is pics with our AB visitors!

We took the kids on an Easter train ride... thought the train ride would be cool, and they only do holiday rides, so the egg hunt was a bonus.
Arriving on site
The train cars are from 1910, and 1924. Very old, and kept original.

peering out an old steam train.
Ready to board!
"luxurious" red velvet seats... I'm sure at one point in time they were nice. :)
The egg hunt
the hand car that could travel faster than the speed they took the train on. :)
It was alot of fun, and not commercialized at all, which was nice. Cause we could walk all over, and pretty much do what ever we wanted, with no one telling us otherwise.
Back at work on the motor!
Ready for install about 1 month later!
Easter concert
On blocks, ready for the engine.
Exciting!
