Caramel Mocha Ice Cream Cake

I searched the internet for the perfect ice cream cake recipe, and didn't find what I was looking for.  So, I came up with my own.  Mom said if it turned out, I needed to post the recipe here.  So here it is!
btw- Mom found a great recipe for sweetened condensed milk.
Here it is
1 c milk powder
2/3 c sugar
1/3 c-1/2 c boiling water (start with 1/3 c, if too thick add a bit more water)
1/4 c melted butter
Blend in a blender.   Done.


Caramel Mocha Ice Cream Cake
5 chocolate cookies crushed
16 oz cool whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c choc syrup
1/4 c caramel syrup
2t-4t instant coffee diluted in 1/4 c boiling water
1 roll Rollos- frozen


Put cookie crumbs in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Mix 12 oz cool whip, sweetened condensed milk, choc syrup, caramel syrup, coffee mixture in a bowl until smooth.
Spread on top of the cookie crumbs.
Freeze at least 2 hrs.  Spread with remaining cool whip. Cut up Rollo, sprinkle on top.
Freeze 8 hrs, or over night.
Cut, and serve drizzled with choc syrup and caramel syrup.
Delicious!
