Sour Cream Muffins

In a bowl combine 2 cups flour, 1 t baking soda, 1 t baking powder, 1/4 t salt, 1 cup sugar.
In another bowl combine 1/2 cup margarine (almost melted), 2 eggs, 1 t vanilla, 1 cup sour cream.
Gently mix together.
TOPPING: 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 t cinnamon.
Alternate batter, topping, batter, topping.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins.
Makes 15 muffins.

Yum, then Bummer. Wish I could make these tonight but A & I just used the last egg for cookies after school.
