90 Minute Cinnamon Buns

Heat 3/4 cup milk till bubbles (use microwave). Mix in 1/4 cup margarine, stir til melted. Cool to lukewarm. Add 1/4 cup water and 1 egg. Add 3 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 t salt, and 1 T yeast. Knead. Cover bowl and let rest 10 minutes.
Meanwhile mix together 1 cup packed brown sugar, 1 T cinnamon and 1/2 cup margarine.
Roll dough into 12x9. Spread dough with brown sugar/margarine mixture. Roll Up. Cut into 12 equal sized rolls. Place in greased 9x13. Let rise till 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Icing.
3/4 cup icing sugar, 2 T butter, softened. 1 1/2 t milk or water, 1/4 t vanilla. mix together and add more milk or icing sugar til you get the right consistency.

If your yeast items aren't working out too well, then I thought it could be the flour. Maybe it is like US flour that needs more rising time. Just a thought. How was the spaghetti? Did the family like it?
