Christmas & New Years in Albs

Sunday evening.

Wakeboarding Monday morning, Dec 23. SO flat, perfect reflections and the water was soo clear. 

Went with john rob and myron. I didnt actually do the wakeboarding bit though..

                                  Barabup Pool. Me and janel swimming in the natural pool.I did alot of swimming in the few days that we were there.. it was either be super annoyed by the flies, or go in the water, Away from the flies. I would only last about 10 minutes outside of the water before getting too annoyed...

                                      Got tired swimming without a floaty, so i just chilled with janel most of the time, using her board to rest :)

                                                 Our Campsite. that little blue one is the one i slept in, i was on a slight hill, so id wake up a few times each night and push myself up again. And you see that big old looking tent on the left?? that used to be john's opa&omas tent, smelled like it came from that century too. And it was ridiculous to set up. The tent came with me and john, and we left earlier than johns parents, about 2 hours before them. so we put up tents while it was still light out. Johns cousin and her husband were already there too, they stayed the night. but flip! setting up the tent was a mission and a half. We had no idea what it was meant to look like. So many times it would just fall over, and flop,and then big metal poles would come undone, and the pegs would stay in the ground, the strings to keep the top stretched out like that wouldnt be tight enough. But eventually we got it, and it stayed up. Johns dad made a couple adjustments once they arrived, made it look a bit a more sturdy :P

 Early Saturday Morning i think, or Friday morning, i forget. It rained early morning, so i got really cold and couldnt stay asleep for very long, so i gave up, and got out at 6:30. no one else was awake so i took my camera and went down to the pool, such clear reflections too.

                                           Oh, and i got bored, so i self-timered a few pics.. :P.
