Went to the Dr. with Dad last week and his lungs are clear. Since it takes a healthy person 6 weeks to get over pneumonia Dad will take longer so that explains his breathlessness. Though the hot weather and smokiness doesn't help matters at all. I always go in the office with Dad, Dad wants that, so I asked about 2 spots on Dad's neck that I wanted checked out. Apparently one is an age spot but the other one is skin cancer, but not serious. Dad will go to the Dr.'s office and get it dealt with. No big deal so don't freak out! :).
I hear thunder so hopefully that means more rain. We did get 3/4" last week. Not as much as some yet at the same time more than others. We are buying corn & hay now already because it will go up in price as the season keeps going.
Hope your summer is going well. Lots of sunshine all around and maybe beach time? though here we get pool time. You should come and try it out. ;) It's a big one - 18' diameter. Just look who's having fun.

Thanks for the update! Andrew had skin cancer before too... now Dad and Andrew have "cancer survivor" in common! I did not go with Andrew- I circled the spot in sharpie... the Doc laughed when he saw it. :)
Nice pool! Would love to come for a swim! Looks like a big, nice one! And you don't even have to take it down for winter right? Looks like the nice ones that can stay up year round! Nice buy Mom! (I know Dad had no part of that one...)

That is so true, Karen. Dad had no part in it. I actually went against his wishes and bought it anyway. Not a very submissive wife, hey?
